Position: Marketing Manager (China)
Reports to: Managing Director (China)
Responsible for leading company strategies with knowledge of markets, products, and services.
Driving a customer centric market approach, enhance brand visibility and reliability in the market. Optimize the presentation of TecAlliance brand in domestic search engines. Including promote TecAlliance brands and customer successful story via online and offline channels.
Prepare annual and quarterly marketing plan including TecAlliance product promotion strategy, brand building strategy, specific action plans and marketing operation budgets.
Organize various customer events and industry specific events organized by associations, trade fairs or stakeholder events. Including content and material development, scheduling and booking events, and presentation design, follow up, invitations, customer list management, etc.
Establish partnerships with regional advertising agencies and other marketing service providers to organize exhibitions, promotions, and conferences within the budget.
Driving up the number of users and page visits of TecAlliance TecDoc catalog, bolstering up local webpages overall site and search rankings.
Setup and participate in regular cross-functional meetings with members from marketing, sales and data engineering as well as other stakeholders located in Asia and Europe.
Communication with Sales teams, TecAlliance customers (data suppliers and data users) and improve customers’ satisfaction.
Operating the wechat official accounts and webpage, China marketing e-newsletters and necessary channels external. Conduct the communication via Yammer and internal e-newsletter or other channels.
Research and analyze marketing information, customers’ data and competitors’ status.
Driving the partner management program in China market, support the marketing activities.
Support the IP/trademark protection.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar field preferably in IT and/or Automotive industry.
Bachelor Degree, major in Marketing, Business Administration, IT or related fields.
Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English both oral and written.
Strong event management, organizational and project management skills.
Highly motivated with CAN DO attitude towards problem solving.
Analytical, structured, creative thinking.
