Main Responsibility主要职责

1. Develop and operate customer-specific data processing into TecDoc data standards.

将客户特定的数据处理进行开发、运营成 TecDoc 数据标准。


Main tasks 主要任务

1. Analyzing customer requirements and offering tailor made services in cooperation with the sales team;

与销售团队合作,分析客户需求,提供定制的服务;

2. Implementation of customers data into TecDoc data standard (DIFM-Service) by using ETL-Tools, SQL & TecDoc maintenance tools;

使用ETL-Tools、SQL和TecDoc维护工具将客户数据实现为TecDoc数据标准(DIFM-Service);

3. Create customer specific analysis, product reports and diagrams;

创建针对客户的分析、产品报告和图表;

4. Process optimization in terms of data quality and production ;

在数据质量和生产方面进行流程优化;

5. 3rd level support for data specific customer requirements;

为特定数据的客户需求提供支持;

6. Evaluation of requirements as well as responsibility for the implementation of these, including the preparation of appropriate documentation.

Technical expertise专业技能

1. Several years of professional experience in data analysis environment;

拥有多年数据分析环境专业经验;

2. Confident handling of complex database queries and good knowledge of SQL and ETL-Tools;

能够熟练处理复杂的数据库查询,熟悉SQL和ETL-Tools;

3. Experience in professional, technical and data-driven consulting and in product implementation;

有专业、技术和数据驱动的咨询和产品实施经验;

4. Good knowledge about customer specific product management tasks in the IAM area (Independent Automotive Aftermarket) will be an added advantage;

熟悉IAM领域(独立汽车售后市场)客户特定产品管理任务的优先考虑;

5. A positive attitude and are open-minded, curious and takes responsibility;
