Job Description:

1. First job experience in 1st level support or call center

有一级支持或呼叫中心工作的经验

2. Basic knowledge about PC-Networks and operating systems, able to use remote tools to support customer.

具备电脑网络和操作系统的基本知识,可以利用远程工具帮助客户解决问题

3. Basic knowledge of WEB services and in message formats such as XML etc.

对WEB服务和消息格式有基本的了解(如:XML等)

4. Basic knowledge of transfer protocols

有基本的传输协议知识

5. Good knowledge on data process using Excel Power Query.

能够利用Excel的Power Query处理数据

6. 2 years’ experience in data/SW support or solution function in aftermarket environment

2年以上售后市场数据、软件支持或解决方案工作经验。

7. Excellent customer orientation/High communication capability and Teamwork ability

具有优秀的客户导向、较高的沟通能力以及团队合作能力

8. Good English skill, literally and orally, which enable communication and coordination work with foreign colleagues.

较好的英语口语和读写能力,需要与海外同事沟通协调事宜。
