As a Key Account Manager, you will have in-depth conversations with industry giants, capture the pain points of their needs with keen insight, and break through the boundaries of cooperation with innovative solutions. From leading the negotiation of strategic orders to guiding cross-departmental resource integration, every successful implementation of strategies will be a highlight moment in your career.

Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for the business development with the main target to understand the customer needs and requirements in proposing solutions that add value to their business

· Be the main contact person and will represent the main customer needs in our organization

· Defines and executes customer strategies to achieve sales target and help customer to grow in the market

· Proactively identifies new business opportunities and services with customer. Present and introduce new solutions or services to customers

· Organize regular review meetings/calls with customer for aligning and updating on customers priorities with offering continuous improvements and innovative solutions

· Controls monthly sales and profitability figures and create forecast. Analyze deviation reason and sales plans

· Conduct regular sales reporting and analysis to monitor healthy sales development

· Coordinate the development of new products with internal departments (product, data, solution, finance)

· Other work assigned by superior and company

Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree or above in Automotive/Marketing/Business or other related majors

· More than 5 years working experience in tier1 spare parts supplier in aftermarket business

· More than 2 years working experience related to product management

· Experience and skills in relation to product development and sales is preferred

· Knowledge of SAP or other ERP software is an advantage

· Strong communication skills for building collaborative and trusting relationships with customer

· High customer and market orientation and drive cross departmental cooperation

· An entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting

· Willingness to travel (National / International)

· Good at oral & written English is a plus
