Job Responsibilities

· Plan project (phases) incl. milestones, tasks, resources, required skills and budgets; align the plan with all stakeholders

· Track and achieve project goals in terms of quality, cost and schedule in close cooperation with respective internal and external stakeholders; deliver project status reports

· Communicate with HQ colleagues to exchange knowledge on software development progress.

· Perform project controlling by administering the project budget and project risk management.

· Take the lead in user training and post - launch support. Collect feedback from customers on product usage, extract common requirements, and feed them back into the product iteration roadmap.

· Assist in formulating the resource requirement plan in accordance with the product development plan.

Qualifications:.

· At least 3 - 5 years of project management experience in TO B software development. Have successfully led software product development projects, and be familiar with the entire software development process.

· Proficient in project management tools (such as Jira, Trello, etc.), ideally holding project management related certifications, e.g.: PMP, ACP.

· Basic knowledge on technicals, e.g.: Knowing popular architecture and development frameworks.

· Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively communicating with teams and clients from different backgrounds. Have strong team leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve goals and handle team conflicts.

· Have keen risk identification and problem - solving abilities, and be able to make quick decisions in a complex and changeable project environment to move the project forward.

· Be highly sensitive to new technologies and new business models, have a strong learning ability, and be able to quickly master new knowledge and apply it to project management.

· Fluent English.
